PDF.js viewer is available from the Chrome store, but unfortunately, it looks like, while the option to add to Zotero is available in the context menu, the PDF is imported as and HTML page and is not displayed correctly (we'll see if that can be fixed) Zotero Connector. In Chrome, I don't believe there is a built-in PDF viewer, so what you are likely using is the Adobe Reader plugin, which does not allow Zotero to integrate with the context menu. We are happy to help with any issues you encounter with the Zotero Connector, but we cannot do so through the Chrome Web Store.
While the Connector can save most pages directly to your account, for the full Zotero experience be sure to install the Zotero desktop app, which allows you to organize your references efficiently, insert citations automatically into Word, LibreOffice, and Google Docs, and much more. This is one of the few instances where re-installation is helpful. (Note: Re-installing Zotero rarely fixes problems and should not be used as a general troubleshooting step.
It is not necessary to uninstall Zotero before re-installing simply install Zotero over the top of the existing installation. If you don't see the integration plugins in Add-ons at all, then you should re-download and re-install Zotero.
